Mrs. Sylvia Beach

Funeral services for Mrs. Sylvia Beach, age 76, are scheduled for 11 AM, Friday, April 29, 2022 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Baptist Cemetery. Mrs. Beach passed away on Sunday in Jackson. She was preceded in death by her husband Mr. Marlan Beach and her son, Derek Larocque. She was born March 18, 1946 in Toronto, Canada to the late Armand and Helen Powell Larocque. She was a retired cashier at Walmart and enjoyed quilting and being on the computer. She loved her animals. Survivors include her two step-daughters, Marsha Kelly and Toni Walker; brother, Cliff Cole; three sisters, Eleanor Cowett, Valerie Cole, and Margaret Thornton; one grandson, Andrew; her sister-in-law, Linda Hensley; her nephew, Jay Smith; and her great nephew, Ricky Smith. The family will receive friends on Thursday, 3-8 PM and on Friday, 9-11 AM.
