Funeral services for Leona Fussell, age 86, are scheduled for 3 PM, Thursday, October 7, 2021, in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington. Interment will follow in Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Ms. Fussell passed away on Monday in Jackson. She was born April 30, 1935 in Decaturville. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her mother, Eller Fussell and her sister, Wyoma Spain. Survivors include her son, Jimmy Fussell (Lettie); her daughter, Virginia Kelly; three grandchildren, David Kelly (Linda), Danny Kelly (Hailey), and Jonathan Kelly (Catrina); and nine great grandchildren, Shawna, Jayden, Ciara, Natasha, Jordan, Jonathan Jr., Jaxson, Gabriel, and Bentlee. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, 4-9 PM, Wednesday 8 AM- 9 PM, and on Thursday, 8 AM – 3 PM.
