Funeral services for Mr. Annoy Scott, age 76, are scheduled for 3:00 PM, Wednesday, July 28, 2010 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with Dr. Hoyt Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Cemetery. Mr. Scott passed away late Monday at his home in Lexington. He was born November 17, 1933 in Henderson County to the late William and Coell Mayo Scott. He was a retired employee of Johnson Controls and a long time member of Chapel Hill Baptist Church. He was a cattle farmer, an avid quail hunter, and enjoyed training bird dogs. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Mrs. Carolyn Sue Scott, his two daughters, Carolyn Scott Hinson and Susan Scott Walker, all of Lexington, and four grandchildren, Brett Scott Walker, Carrie Elizabeth Hinson, Callie Katherine Hinson, and Sara Paige Walker.
