James Robert “J.R.” Garland, age 36, passed away Monday in Lexington. He was born October 15, 1973 in Lexington. He was preceded in death by his father, Mr. Robert Edward Garland. Survivors include his mother Joyce Henderson, his step-father, Tony Henderson, three sisters, Alicia Davis, Margaret Brantley, and Tonya Marie Henderson, and two step-sisters, Beverly Henderson and Sarah McPeake. A memorial service is scheduled for 3:00 PM, Sunday, August 8, 2010 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington.
