Funeral services for Evelena "Granny" Eads , age 86 , are scheduled for 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 8, 2010 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with Bro. Curtis Gardner officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Baptist Cemetery.
Mrs. Eads passed away Wednesday, May 5, 2010 in Lexington. She was born September 20, 1923 in Henderson County to the late Grover H. and Ada Shackelford Lewis. She was a retired assembly worker at Johnson Controls. She was preceded in death by her husband Logan Eads, one brother Elmer Ray Lewis and one sister Lula Ann Davenport. She is survived by her daughter Jackie Sego, 5 brothers Billy, Jack, John, Bobby Joe, and Charlie Lewis 4 sisters Lettie Bell, Sarah Maness, Martha Wilson, and Lennie Maness. also survived by two grandsons Chris Sego (Mary), and Shane Sego, and two great grandchildren Allison and Christopher Sego and son in law Billy Sego.
